Kim Hirsh, President

Kim Hirsh is a nationally recognized expert in major gifts and community-wide campaigns. A pioneer in endowment and legacy giving, Kim has been a leader in creating model programs in the fields of Jewish day school education and Jewish overnight camp.

Kim serves as Director of Philanthropic Initiatives for the Jewish Community Foundation (JCF) of Greater MetroWest NJ, the planned giving and endowment arm of the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ. Over the past eight years at JCF, she has worked closely with leading philanthropic families and partner agencies to raise more than $75 million in support of Jewish identity programs, including Jewish day schools, Jewish camps, Birthright Israel, PJ Library and Jewish teen philanthropy. Doris Feinberg, CFRE, Senior Advisor

Doris Feinberg, founder and president of The Prospero Group, LLC, is proud to be affiliated with Hirsh Consulting Group. Recognized for her expertise in capital campaign planning and strategy, donor cultivation and recruitment, face-to-face solicitation training, major gift fundraising and stewardship, as well as board training and development, Doris serves clients in the arts, religious, education, social service and healthcare fields.

Jennifer Weinstock, Senior Consultant

Jennifer Weinstock has been applying her expertise as a development professional for more than 17 years with an emphasis on relationship-building strategies between donors and organizations. She is currently the Senior Development Officer at Gann Academy, an independent Jewish high school in Waltham, MA. At Gann, Jennifer is responsible for the major gifts effort and both capital and endowment campaigns.

Before coming to Gann, Jennifer worked at PEJE (Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education) for six years, most recently as Strategy Manager for Annual Campaign. More...

Rachel Cyrulnik, Senior Consultant

Rachel Cyrulnik draws upon a decade of experience in nonprofit management, specializing in business development and strategic organizational growth. In addition to consulting for Hirsh Consulting Group, she serves as Strategic Development Director for Altruicity Inc. Before that, Rachel led the establishment of the Yeshiva University's Institute for University - School Partnership's funding model and development operations. There, she was responsible for securing and stewarding millions of dollars in grants from national and local foundations and doubled campaign contributions from individuals each year. Chani's diverse background helps her to devise creative strategies and pragmatic solutions for The Hirsh Consulting Group clients by anticipating their needs and meeting them.

For the past ten years Chani has been working to expand small organizations of all types. From helping small businesses develop new sales opportunities and improve their presence in their local community, to implementing new services and programs and building support for non-profits, Chani's focus is the development of solutions that are achievable, flexible, and sustainable.
